Last night I had no opinion... Tonight however is a different story

Giants ML at -115 for 3 units
Over 6.5 for 3 units

Bumgartner pitches well on the road and will out pitch Volquez. I expect a similar storyline to last nights game. This total will easily cover the 6.5 number and the Giants will advance. Prediction: Giants 5 - Pirates 4

Orioles ML at -110 for 3 units
Orioles Over 7 at -120 for 2 units

Very simple again tonight. I am going to follow the money and the early line movement as the Orioles went from +105 to -110 before 10am this morning.
Based upon that line movement I fully expect Max Scherzer to get hit relatively hard and Tillman to give up his standard 3 runs as the Orioles get the win and another OVER hits. Prediction Orioles 6 - Tigers 3

Correct the line has readjusted to -120 in a lot of places, but to me that simply means the books are begging for Tigers money. I am sticking with my guns here and rolling with Tillman and the O's to take game 1. Trust it!

As for the series I played the Orioles at +127 and the Angels at -179 so far for $100. Undecided on the LAD/Cards series as of now and I have a lean on the Nats, but will wait to see what the line looks like.

good luck on your series and tonight. I guess I'm not following the logic of books re-adjusting 20-25 cents to make a favorite a re-favorite to entice action on that side. Wouldn't you have the Tigers as an underdog to get more action with the +EV?

All I am saying is the books want us to believe that the Tigers are favored here primarily because Scherzer is on the mound. I disagree. Tillman at home being backed by a better bullpen and a home run hitting lineup. I like the Orioles tonight and have a gut feeling that Scherzer doesn't have his best stuff. Also making a solid cause for the over.
