Josh McDaniels is waaaaay out of his league. If the guy simply knew how to speak to people professionally, instead of trying to act like Mr. Bill, then all this wouldve nver happened & the orange would still have one of the best offenes in all of football with Cutler, Marshall, Royal, Scheffler, and a stable of backs.

Instead, McDaniels has ruined the strength of this team and is moving forward with a guy who couldnt beat out Rex Grosman at one point........and oh ya, he has the worst defense in the league still to go along with that now mediocre/shitty offense.

Still, this is must see TV below. While I understand & feel for Marshall, if I am the coach, I wouldve thrown his ass off the team and told him not to come back. Then again, if I were the coach, I wouldnt have tried to be Mr. know it all hard ass & piss off my best players either.

I definately agree that Cutler and Marshall are very talented and Denver could sure use them, however, a team will never make it to the next level with the kind of attitudes they both have. They are both very immature and when the going gets tough, its only a matter of time before a blow up would happen, ie, Terrel Owens with SF, Philly and Dallas.

It was Bowlen's decision to trade Cutler after Jay wouldn't return his calls.

Marshall's issues are front office/contract related.

McD is handling himself great and instilling a team first attitude while cleaning up the garbage that Shanahan left behind.

Funny how people get enamored with the NE coaches, but anyone can look good when you have Belichik pulling the strings & Brady throwing the passes.
