Many democrats (and republicans) live in nice areas out east where i live. BEAUTIFUL homes. Minutes away from the beach and the water. Great downtown areas!! The problem is the surrounding neighborhoods arent that "great" so the parents pay 10k 20k 30k a year for private schools out east.
I live out west in the suburbs. Better schools and more bang for the buck. Awesome youth sports leagues as well.
