Unreal....just simply unreal. On top of that I got FUCKED hard in the NYM game too, as I had the Mets and under. 1 more strike and I win both, as it was 1-0, end up losing the side and pushing the total with a fucking Grand Slam in the 11th. You really can't dream this shit up.

Todays Plays:
2* Rockies/Giants under 7 -105 (2.1 to win 2) WIN
2* Dodgers -1 +102 (2 to win 2.04) DRAW
2* Rays/Jays under 8 -110 (2.2 to win 2) LOSS

I seriously thought going into the 9th inning (with only 5 runs scored and only 3 outs to go for the Giants/Rockies under) that I was going to lose ... at least the way it has been going.
Still can't believe the Rays scored 6 runs in the 9th.

Oh well ... pretty much an even day. See you guys tomorrow.

When Brian Wilson took the mound, I thought, "OH NO," because he's messed me up before. Tonight he did the job.

As the dealer at the BJ table keeps telling me, "a push is as good as a win." I won't tell you what I say in reply.

I'm not so sure taking out -1 plays is a good strategy though, at least for plays that come out under -150 on the ML. But that's my take.

Hoping for better days and plays....tomorrow!

I like taking the -1 over the RL ... and I really don't like playing the RL (unless the Yankees). Did you (and anyone else) realize the Yanks have covered the RL 31 out of 33 wins.
I usually don't bet anything over -150 ... so around a -150 to -160 range ... a -1 line is going to put me around even. Just look at tonight. If I would have played the RL ... it would have been a loss.
Everyone has their own thing I guess.

JBragg. I know people who are not on this forum and what I'm hearing from them is that the past three months have been brutal. Guys who are at worst even and usually plus in baseball now find themselves down. My point is that you are still ahead 15 units and I'm sure there are a lot of players who would be very happy up 15 units the past couple of months. It's not you JB, it's just one of those cycles that is hurting a lot of guys and hopefully this will end soon. Anyone following you has no reason to complain, in fact if anything, they should be thankful.

One suggestion when playing totals is to, at times, look at playing just the first five innings. For example whenever I play under in an Arizona game I always play under for just the first five innings because their bullpen has an ERA over six.

i can only get RL so ended up with the loss. plus, i pushed on the padres game with the walk off grand slam. i believe i have 14-15 losses in the last 2+ weeks on a teams last at bat or the last inning. it has been insane. and the tide has got to turn. i like you go into the last inning expecting a loss now. it all started when the braves scored 6 or 7 in the bottom of the 9th to beat the reds and has been downhill since. it is a long year and marathon but just demoralizing to lose the way we have.

Don't sweat the game. FINALS are all that count

I have been reading your plays for some time. I noticed that in baseball especially the last week or so you have taken more bad beats than come from behind wins. I assume when capping you are taking the starting pitching into consideration. Have you ever thought of playing the first 5 innings and keeping the bullpen out of the equation? (except when playing the Yankees because they score a lot on other bullpens)

By the way I have enjoyed your plays very much, thanks again.
