This morning I tailed you - really liked the Jays so made them my lead play, then IF-betted them with your other picks. And I played the Phillies separately when it looked like my 2nd IF play (Brewers) was going down in flames.
Then the Phillies went down (the public was all over them, too - by the time I got in it was -200), and all I had left was to do a second IF bet, Yankees followed by Rays (ATLSLIM liked them). Fortunately both cashed and I pushed for the day.
In the Tracker forum I posted Blue Jays and Yankees, so at least I picked up some bragging rights there.
The bottom line is, Bragg - I do like your picks and you're the first person I look for when I can get online. We do hit some bumps - the previous three days have actually been hell for me as I tried to keep the bleeding to a minimum. I mean, WTF is going on when three pitchers who are undefeated all get killed on Sunday? If the Nats hadn't been playing unusually good ball this season I'd be in a lot worse shape.
Anyway, please hang in there and don't bow out now!
BTW - at least your threads have fan traffic - I'm 65% right now and my season thread is downright lonely.....

another rough day ... I will be back tomorrow ... with a different approach. Need to break out of this little 3 day stretch.
I will be posting only 1 play ... maybe 2 (with my leans).
My one play (POD) will be 2-3 units every day. My leans ... will be strictly that. I will also post my favorite dog of the day (sometimes it might be my pod).
Just to monitor things a little better. I did this last season with my mlb plays and they were money (ex: "play this game if you like money"). Seems like my higher ranked plays are cashing and the smaller unit plays are killing me.
I will be more selective. Seems like lately I have been jumping into my old degen ways.

Those were my thoughts when I saw today's card JB (playing too many games to get back on track maybe)? We all do it at some point, because, after all, there's a reason why we all gamble.
You'll be fine. Especially with this new method. This is exactly what I was hoping for. This way, if we lose one game, we lose one game, and we're "all in" on it. Instead of having to navigate thru 4-8 picks and decide where to put our money. BOL man. You'll find it again.
Its very difficult to win consistently posting several plays every single day. Just pick & choose your spots Bragg. From what ive seen, you have done very well posting plays every day but in the long haul, its tuff. You have the right idea for posting your 1 best bet each day, continued success my friend!
Bragg has had several days where he has gone 7-0 or 6-1. Its just a little cold streak, everyone has them. He isn't chasing because he posted several plays. Nobody mentioned the numbers of plays when he was on a roll.
