Well ... the Angels blew it for me last night.
Had my 2nd losing day of the year. The problem seems to be when I lose, I lose big.

I guess the positive is I am still plus money, but not where I planned to be at this point in the season. Baseball is a grind and I am very confident I will get where I want to be.

Enough of the ranting ... here are my leans:

Cardinals -145
Brewers/Phillies over 9.5 -110
Rays -105
Astros +110

Here are my final leans ... still deciding on what to make plays (however all my plays will be 3 units today)

Chicago/Baltimore over 10.5 -110
Cardinals -145

JB, good luck today. If you have a second, I tail you regularly so I am also curious about the above question. You spent a couple weeks at 1 unit plays, a couple of days at 2 unit plays, and now are going to 3 unit plays across the board. Is it just a better handle of the season or do you just like todays games?

I think this quote will answer your question.

With only a week and a half gone.... if anyone says that they have enough of a handle on the season to raise their units to triple plays, they are not using the best money management they could. Just because you are not where you think you should be is no reason to raise units. Raising units after a losing day is not the best money management either...just my opinion. If its a grind.....why go to triple plays. Please, no flames intended at all but i think i raise a legitimate point. Opposite of kelly imo.:bong:

sorry guys. I didn't get a chance to narrow my plays down today and make some plays.

My sister-in-law is pregnant and I got a call today saying she was in the hospital and going to have the baby today. I was at the hospital from 9:30am to just getting home about an hour ago. We have a new baby boy to the family.

So ... I didn't get a chance to play anything.

Anyways ... just to let everyone know I will be playing mostly 2-3 unit plays from here on out. That is my normal type plays and I usually do this, it is nothing new for me. I like to play the same amount on each day, so it will just depend on how confident I feel about the day.

I will be back tomorrow for some plays. Hope everyone had a good night.

So the moral of the story is since you did not FINALIZE the card you did not have a 2-4 day yesterday at 3 units each...just making sure for record... that the 5 units lost by most was not real plays. :103631605

Bragg explicitly said "still deciding on what to make plays". What would make you think that was his final card? He might have narrowed down his leans to the two games he won and one he lost.
