The hotel staff is going to cough on the food of the Lakers when they come to town in the next series against Houston.

(if Hou closes out Port that is)

I almost a prop last night for him to go under so many points, rebounds, assists.

Glad I didnt cause he went off.

Portland is almost down & out but has even less of a chance without him.......

He looked ok here in Houston. I seen him at the hotel and he didn't look sick at all. I think the flu is just a cover for losing.
Sergio was with a hottie before shoot around.

He was walking on 2 legs and showed no sign of having a tail when I seen him here in Houston. But I did over hear him making a pig like noise.

TUALATIN -- A quick note from Blazers practice. Brandon Roy, the Blazers' all-star guard, missed practice today with flu-like symptoms.

Also, forward LaMarcus Aldridge has an ailing right elbow and also sat out most of the light workout.

Aldridge was made available to the media before he left to receive treatment. He said he wasn't sure when the injury occurred, but expected to play tomorrow.

Aldridge said the mood on the plane ride home was quiet

"I think we're OK," Aldridge said. "We just had two tough games. We felt like last night, we really had it. We missed some key rebounds, and we had some key turnovers. We're just trying to put it all together right now. I think we know what it takes. It's just, we need to go out and do it."

Aldridge said the playoffs have been a learning experience for him and the young Blazers.

"It takes a lot to win," he said. "This is more first time through it, and there are no shortcuts."

UPDATE: Coach Nate McMillan said he expects both Roy and Aldridge to play tomorrow.

Also, he spoke at length about his dissatisfaction with the officiating, saying, "It's not consistent." We'll have a bigger story on that later today.
