So I was snooping around at 5Dimes today in the NFL future bets and I found this:

To win the NFL West:

St. Louis -6000
Rest of the field +2500

So naturally I dropped my small limit of $300 on the field to win $7,500. Wouldn't you know this afternoon my money was refunded and the bet cancelled with no explanation whatsoever. Now, I know if I offer a bet and someone takes it I am responsible for the wager. I feel I should be paid upon the completion of the bet with no questions asked. Here's my ticket (which they cancelled).

you'd think with 1200 posts you'de have been around long enough to know that when they post a bad line they can and will most certainly cancel it without explanation....you'd have been better off calling them up and pointing it out to them, they might have given you a Bonus Play...

I've never ever seen a bad line as long as I've played. The bet was accepted plain and simple. They should honor the bet.

yawn, they aren't going to. Happens all the time...i cant believe this is the first time you're coming across this issue and going to get all bent out of shape about it....they cancel wagers all the time cuz a clerk typed in the wrong line...happens once a week i bet...

I played a line that was offered at a book plain and simple. You can't offer a line and not honor your line. It's not the right thing to do.

yea, next time you see a bad line, report it and they may give you something in return, a 25$ credit, a freeplay, etc etc. In regards to this specific situation, no there is no other option than to forget about the "golden" play and move on

Don't bet this SHIT at 5D ! The owner ( Tony) is liable to cancel your account for betting it, and 5D is a book you should want to keep, good books are hard to find.
