Box, I shared some of your comments with the readers of the private Scout.com Ole Miss site, and they were amazed at how well you seemed to know both teams. One guy said, 'it's like he's a fan of both teams.' Anyway, your insights were appreciated, and it just goes to show you that you never know where your words might end up. Well, they are pressuring Lynn as expected.
Weeks squares around a couple of times to put the bunt in Lynns mind. Then Lynn drills him. Miami pressures him on the bases. Weeks steals second, bloop drives him in, and then another stolen base by John Jay. I expect to see stolen bases all game and keep pressuring Lynn.
Then, Lynn has to be concerned over base stealing and he lays a fat one for a 2 run homer to Valencia. Miami can hit the fastball, Lynn HAS to get a few offspeed pitches over for strikes or we will see Kline and White quick.
This game has a long way to go, but I'm happy I bought a little bit back, and we have a nice pace for the over thus far. I fully expect to see Ole Miss answer with a few runs in the next few innings.

Georgia just had bases loaded, batter had a 2-0 count after Wynn Pelzer walked a bunch of people and hit a batter, and the guy popped out to 3rd to end the inning, and let him off the hook.

im not watching the game, listening to it on web radio, but all i hear is defensive web gem after defensive web gem.....idiotic swings, stranded base runners, and now this over is looking terrible unless georgia gets it by themselves because georgia has fields warming up in the pen....
pelzer is all over the place, pitching out of trouble all game, but georgia keeps helping him out...south carolina has no one in the pen...so every georgia bulldog at bat is crucial

Kline pumped about getting another chance to pitch, and I love him being out there.
theres nothing like a good college baseball crowd like ole miss going crazy after a big basehit to drive in the go-ahead run....

the only guy with any talent in south carolinas pen is forrest beverly, and he has been erratic this year to put it nicely....ERA over 5.00
