A lot of books offer a 1st 5 inning line instead of a full game. It's like betting basketball or football 1st half instead of the full game. After 5 innings, your team has to have the lead to win. If it is tied, like Detroit just did with Toronto, it is a push.

You can utilize the 1st 5 inning line if you feel your team has a major advantage with starting pitching, like I did with Robertson vs. Towers, or if they are at a disadvantage with their bullpen and they always seem to lead early but the bullpen always blows it.

Had the lead at some point in every single game. Harden leaves the game after dominating the Yanks with shoulder tightness and that play falls apart. BS push on the Devilrays game. Obviously a few wrong picks on my part.
