103-91, +27.38
5-2, +3.42
2 straight winning days.
2* Florida Marlins +113
I'll keep taking Willis all day at + money, because regardless of any ERA, WHIP, any stat you want to come up with, the only stat that cashes money is Wins and Losses. Whatever it is about Dontrelle this Marlin team feeds off him. 6-2 in games he has appeared in this year, 5-2 himself. Hasnt lost to Pitt since his rookie season. 5-1 last 6 road starts for Willis. Gorzelanny 1-5 last 6 home starts. Pirates just scored 100 runs last night, time to fade them. Pirates are 0-5 last 5 games after they win. Marlins traded Jorge Julio, thank God, they have finally figured out Tankersley will win them more ball games then lose. A couple Marlins are slumping in the lineup, most notably Cabrera, but that cant continue much longer. If there is any game where the Marlins dont have to score a bunch of runs to win, it is vs. Pitt's anemic offense. Marlins much better hitting team overall, and much better vs. lefties than Pitt.
