Re: Cal State Fullerton

Fullerton's ace pitched last night, the normal Sunday starter will be throwing tonight, Dustin Miller.

There's nothing like watching a well-pitched game, and there are plenty of candidates capable of shutting down the tournament's best hitters. Cal State Fullerton (43-13), with a 2.66 staff ERA, boasts the only rotation in the country in which all three starters -- Wes Roemer, Lauren Gagnier and Dustin Miller -- have at least 11 wins and sub-3.00 ERAs. (Per Sports Illustrated)

Thanks CSFBB, so are you leaning towards Cal in this game? And I assume its an elimination game right?

Nah, Fullerton is in the winners bracket...Fresno and San Diego play at 5pm (west coast time) and the winner of that game plays Fullerton tonight at 9.

If anything, watching all the games this weekend, I would think with the depth of Fresno's pitching, they should roll USD.

I don't know what the Fullerton line will be but CSF needs to take care of business tonight as our 4th starter is not real strong.

BOL with whatever you do

Anybody expect anything but a Miami romp of a tired Manhattan squad tonight? No line yet, but I'm just wondering the thought... I'm gotta imagine this is one of these games that Miami is gonna open at -400

Sorry I posted that wrong, I was actually asking if you liked the Cal State in the late game against the winner of Fresno/San Diego game. I believe you said yes you like Cal State tonight, right?

Yeah, I do....seem to be clicking on all cyclinders right now...hopefully that will continue until Omaha:party:

My guess is they will be around -250 tonight, if they play FSU.

just got back from the beach, hope everyone jumped on these plays. lines will get tighter as the post-season goes on, and we'll be taking more dogs like last year. too hard to pass on these -240 lines when the line should be -500 or -600.

i'll keep you guys posted.

Must be nice to see the extra cash in your account once you came back from the beach, eh? Gamecocks running into some trouble in the 3rd with 2 already in and only 1 out.... still up 3-2 though

Sorry, two were earned, 4 unearned... and there's still only 1 out in the inning.
