Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm giving up this info on the fly: 11-14 high school football players die per year. Not not including pro or college, just high school.
Much more dangerous and many more perminate injuries but banning it or boxing is not a solution. Mabey better, closer medical attention in both sports. I dunno. 50,000 die per year in cars in just the US, blah, blah.
Trendsetter, your point isn't lost on me. In boxing it's not so much an accident since the objective is to KO your opponent or outpoint him. Not all punches are head shots though, most are body punches but your point is well taken.....Scotty
