Thankfully with a little research, this ridiculous 3% fee comes up as untrue.

3% is charged on portions of your deposit that are not wagered and then withdrawn.

Here is a copy of my chat with Bowmans. I found it unlikely they would want to run away players.

Please wait for a site operator to respond.

Hello this is 'Alicia'. How may I help you?
Alicia: Hello welcome to our live chat service. How may I assist you?
Sean: Hello, I have played at Bowmans before and planned to reup for football, but when I was reading your rules, under neteller, it says for withdrawals A fee of 3% will be charged on deposit amounts not churned. 3% is a large fee on large withdrawals. Can you tell me what is meant by not churned? Thanks
Alicia: Let me explain about churning first.
Sean: Ok
Alicia: Churning simply means rollover. Or wager.
Sean: Ok
Alicia: It is the amount that you play it.
Alicia: Just tell me if you understand?
Sean: Yes I understand
Alicia: Let us say you deposit $500.
Sean: So say you deposited $5000 and rolled through $20000 in bets, could you then withdraw without a charge?
Alicia: If you wager the whole $500, it means you churned it.
Alicia: Ok.
Alicia: Very good then.
Alicia: Now let us get to the charge.
Alicia: The 3% charge was always there Sir.
Sean: So if you churn your deposit once, you are not charged to withdraw?
Alicia: It is 3% that is debited on the unchurned part of your deposit.
Sean: Perfect, so as long as you wager at least all that you deposit, there is no neteller withdrawal fee? Am I understanding correctly?
Alicia: it applies to your last deposit only.
Sean: Ok. Just to be 100% clear, if I deposit $5000 and wager at least $5000, then I can make withdrawals via neteller without fee, correct?
Alicia: And yes if you churn the deposit once, you are not charged.
Sean: Ok. Perfect. Thank you.
Sean: YOu may want to reword that part so people understand. It has been posted on several forum (Therx, etc) that you are now charging 3% on withdrawals. I found it unlikely, but wanted to ask. Once again thank you.

wow, thanks for the info
but does it mean that no transaction cost for neteller cashout if the deposit has been rolled over for at least 1 time?

I was told the exact opposite.

$2500 free, and if I wanted $5000, I would be charged $75 on the other $2500 amount.

Wow - they are prompt. They even changed their wording within 30 minutes of my chat with them. That's the type of thing that should get a book an A+ rating.

I'm impressed and will be reuping for football. (They offer some nice unique lines some of the time)

I will keep a copy of my chat, but I don't think bowmans is in the business of cheating people, and frankly I think they may have been embarrassed that people were misunderstanding their intentions.
