I grew up in Boulder and have moved back here after some time away. A few nights out and a game against an overated CU football team, you'll have a great time. (we need a better QB than Cody Hawkins!)
Anyways...As far as places to go, just head to the Pearl St area and there are lots of options. I dont know your age but you seem like youre a few years removed from college however want to be in the mix of college girls...correct? In that case..
As the guy above mentioned The Rio- margs are potent with a sweeping clientel range, 21-40, great place to start Friday nigth to get the buzz going!
The Med- anothing early stop, block from the Rio. this is the most profitable restuarant in Boulder with a lively noisy restaurant scene, great tapas and great waitresses. If you go here be amazed by the hostess brigade! They have about 6-10 of the best looking CU girls managing the tables at this joint. Worth grabbing a high top near by and enjoying a marg pizza with some eye candy taboot
The Foundry- Understand this is full on college, but probably the best place to pull a young CU darling. Really nice pool tables and usually has a band. Good roof top bar
Lazy Dog The sports bar, usually jammed on Saturday and Sundays
Seven Boulder's Euro Bar, highly over priced but CU rich girls love it. Bacaro a block away with a similiar scene
One of my favorites is Conor O'Neils An Irish bar with a crowd that is always having a good time! Great mix of college/young pros/oldies, good music, great imperial pints
There are lots of options on the West End/Middle of Pearl St. so dont worry about finding a drink. If you really want to dive into the college scene (depends on your level of sleeziness), go to The Hill (where all the college kids live) and stop in the Sink pure college madness
If you like hippie scense go to the Mountain Sun where you can listen to some jammy music, enjoy a cheap bar meal and have some great homemade kind brew!
Hope that helps...if you have any questions on specifics feel free to private message me
