playing boston and laying the chalk. much respect for the yankees and their current surge but ponson is second to only andy sonnanstine when it comes to doing it with smoke and mirrors this year. he is an absolute gas can who has been bailed out by some gaudy run support this year to get him off the hook in games where hes been smacked around. obviously devils advocate would say that theres value on the underdog yanks with the way they can hit the baseball (and are right now) but i think that could be fools gold. they will score some runs tonight. but boston should be taking glorified batting practice. ponson puts so many guys on base that its only a matter of time before the crooked numbers come for boston. ponson is ridiculously bad when it comes to getting 1-2-3 innings and you can only dodge so many bullets in a hitters park.

Red Sox RL for me. See either the Red Sox winning by 4-5 runs or Yankees win outright.

Why not take Boston team total over 5.5?

valid question. to be honest, i just dont like fu.cking around with team totals in baseball. im fairly straightforward with my mlb stuff. primarily dogs. primarily unders. and then mix in some moneyline chalks when i see fit. i do a lot more in-game/half-game/exotic stuff in football and basketball. baseball is just an old school approach. but without question, the boston team total would make some sense.

GL prodigy. I like your insight into the game. I divided my play between 1h and game. Really worried about further rain delays and that BOS pen coming in. Hopefully BOS has a decent lead.
