Boss plays 8/21

2-1 yesterday with Reds +1.5 being my biggest play hitting and split with Rangers & Angels.

Cardinals/Padres over 8(-115)
usually not a big fan of playing totals but this is a situation I love. Kyle Lohse has a 6.18 era in 5 vs. the pads. His last outting (8/16) he allowed 5 runs in 5 1/3 innings. Lohse is awful on the road as well going 0-4 with a 6.56 ERA. On the other side Clayton Richard will get the Start for the Pads. Richard made his first appearance against the Cards last sunday against Lohse walking 6 and giving up 3 runs in 3 2/3 innings. The Padres bats have been hot lately, and I don't see that changing tonight. The over is 8-2 in San Diego's last 10 games. These teams have met 4 times this year and the game totals being 6,12,11,11 with the 6 being last night.


Looking at the Yanks and Braves today will post later my final picks:toast:

Braves line is too high for me even though I think they win don't want to lay that much.

Rockies-1.5(+134)
Aaron Cook has had a few rough outtings but a game against the Giants should help his confidence. He is 5-2 with a 3.72 ERA since 2007 against San Fransisco. Cook's last game against the Giants was a 4-2 win. The Giants bats have been rather dull and inconsistant. Jonathan Sanchez is 5-10 with a 4.49 ERA and has posted a 8.80 ERA in his last 3 vs the Rockies losing all of them. Rockies gonna pad there lead in wild-card race tonight

dallas first game in new stadium they will play well for this one.

I like the Yankees alot too. I'm still lookin hard at this game and it could up a no play for me. Pettite has been pretty good in his career against theRedsox going 16-9 in 34 starts with a 3.63 ERA in those games. He has been good on the road this year as well. Pettite's last start against the sox was on Aug. 9 where he threw 7 scoreless innings. Brad Penny has had limited starts against the yanks but pitched well. He is 1-0 in 2 starts with a 2.45 ERA. He has been terrible lately going 0-3 with a 7+ era. Both teams bats are hitting well and it's a very importantgame for both teams. I'm gonna probably put something small on the yankees but really can't make a definite decision right now.!~~~!

Well lookin like a 2-2 day. 3 runs in the second then 1 run in 6 innings on the cards game. oh well gotta hit the sack for early work tomorrow. lets gettem tomorrow
