Series Bets:
Cavaliers -1.5 games (+105), 2*
Cavaliers to win series (-200), 1*
Cavaliers to win game 1 and series (-115), 1*
April 11th
Hawks/Heat under 226.5 (-110), 2*
I am going to bet the Wolves tomorrow. I want to see how high this line will get. Right now it’s +8/8.5. As for my series bets, I’m targeting Cleveland aggressively. They are the only favorite reasonably priced right now. I know the Knicks took 3 of 4 in the regular season. I feel like people want to see the Knicks win because it’s good for basketball. Unfortunately for them, Cleveland has more talent and a lot of length. Cleveland didn’t have Allen for two of the games against NY. He and Mobley, who could win DPOY, will make it challenging for the Knicks to score inside. If the Knicks aren’t hitting threes at a good clip, they don’t stand a chance.
If the Lakers win tomorrow, I’m going to bet them one way or another against Memphis. Let’s see how the play-in games shake out and then I’ll add a bet or two.
