Looks like my big play is going to come through. Still a period to go, but it's hard to believe Tampa is going to give up a three goal lead in the third period at home. I am looking at a play in each of the later games, but I haven't locked anything in yet. Let's keep it going!

Islanders bets ended up being a wash. Still up 4 units on the day. The first period of the Canadiens game will be big. Toronto presumably is going to come out fast. They are down in the series and will be playing for Tavares. Montreal needs to weather the early storm. If they can come out of the first period with a tie game, I will feel really good. If they get down early, Toronto's momentum might be too much to overcome.
I still believe in Minnesota. I know they gave up five unanswered after a 2-0 lead on Thursday. But that happens sometimes. A team gets on a roll and before you know it, the game completely flips. This is a must win game for the Wild. They aren't winning this series if they go down 3-1. These games should be really fun tonight, after a couple of blowouts this afternoon. Good luck!

I am betting that Winnipeg doesn't hold McDavid and Draisaitl down again this game. Edmonton's back is against the wall and I expect them to respond. We saw Florida in this same spot in game 3. They lost their first two games at home, were down 2-0 and beat Tampa on the road to get back in the series. I believe history repeats itself tonight. GL

3-0 on my series bets with the Lightning wrapping up their series. I’m going to lose my series bet on the Canadiens barring a miracle, but that was a small play. Game 7 between Minnesota and Vegas will be the big one for me. I could hedge out with Vegas ML, but that’s not my plan right now. I will update tomorrow if necessary.

This game has the feel of a 2-1 final. This series has been very competitive and I think this game will be no different. Both teams have been led by strong defense and goaltending. Four of the first six games have had four or fewer goals scored. One of the two that didn't was game 5, only because Minnesota scored a meaningless goal with 39 seconds left. I will be strongly pulling for Minnesota to win so I cash my series bet. I won't be betting Vegas ML to hedge. It is a fine strategy for those who want to play it safe. I'm just choosing to let it ride.
Typical result from Toronto tonight. They had all the momentum as they had won the previous 3 games. They were back home for game 5, yet they never led in the game. Got behind 2-0 early, clawed back to tie it and gave up the game winning goal a minute into overtime. Toronto should absolutely win this series due to how hard it will be for Montreal to win three in a row. But I'm ok with having a unit on Montreal. I have seen Toronto's propensity to lose playoff series and I can't rule out a collapse.
