Whenever I see weak pitchers like Olson dominate a good hitting lineup like the Sox, it tells me those hitters simply took the day off. Unfortunately, it happens a lot in bases, and I think that's why it's so hard to come out ahead.

Like a lot of people, I'm on the RL. I highly, highly doubt that will come in, but what I'm more worried about is the Sox winning by just 1 run. If they don't cover the RL I would be ecstatic if they lose outright, because they will not get swept at home by the M's. Not if they have any heart, that is.

And although I'm not a big fan of Lester, Morrow has been hit very hard this year. He was drafted higher than Lincecum, but he's been a bit of a bust. I won't touch the RL tomorrow, but I'll be all over the ML. That is of course if the Sox end up losing.

If there are any Sox fans in this thread, I have a question for you. Is it just me or is Pedroia absolutely awful with RISP? Maybe I've just been unlucky, but whenever I bet on the Sox that guy can't get a hit with RISP to save his life. The same thing happens with Cano when I bet on the Yankees. Just curious...

he definitely has been awful this year with RISP...I've watched every sox game this year and he has had plenty of opportunity to come through and hasn't

Looks like it's going to be one of those days for me. The 3 leans I had were the Braves, Brewers and Blue Jays. Of course they are all winning. The only game I actually played, however, was the Red Sox RL. Only 3 more at bats to score 2 runs. And that's if they hold Seattle scoreless. Not looking good.

Absolutely. They need to string some hits together. The thing that is driving me up the wall is that, as an M's fan, I watch Olson pitch all the time. Trust me, this guy is garbage. There's no reason for the Sox not to be hitting this guy. I don't know if it's lack of concentration or what, but they are making him look way too good.
