TOW has a story today that talks about how BOS used Non coded proccessors and that they urge Bos customers to strongly consider getting the charges during the last 6 months charged back asap.Because they are non coded, the funds are UNLIKELY to be returned to BOS.
I would love to get my funds that I deserve the correct way(them giving them to me) and I sure hope the rx has some pull in helping. But what if these bastards do not return a penny to the players?Has anyone ever considered attempting chargebacks?
I mean I guess there are losers out there that have gotten chargebacks that had no reason at all to get them back.THAT is obviously WRONG but when has there ever been a better reason for a charge back then this? The DOJ ordered our funds returned and if they are a scam going off under a rock then I am sure thousands of people will scratch and claw to get every dollar back that they can.

If you have money at BOS and you paid by credit card and you do not charge back, you are foolish.

When you sent money to BOS, they offered a service in exchange for holding your money and they are now not offering that service.

Charging back is something wrong to do in normal conditions, but what is going on is everything but normal.

For this reason I think its wise and reasonable to urge players who deposited with BoS via credit cards in the last 6 months to charge back those transactions.

The US Senators in favor of the ban will absolutely love to use this--as will the credit cards/banks. :lolBIG:

Charge back is a option. But if they have empty the bank accounts there is nothing to charge back.

That's not how it works. You can charge back whether they have money in the bank or not. The credit card processor holds some funds, and is liable for the total.

chargebacks have nothing to do with bank accounts. They are debited to the credit card processors who "allegedly" have frozen BoS funds.

Also cc processors maintain a rolling reserve (10% of each processed transaction) for 6 months to offset chargebacks.

Would you say the chances of BOS actually paying people back is < 1%?
