i'm not a player to have many outs.. i only use 5dimes and they payout using prepaid atm withing the same hour. only negative is that you can only withdrawl $500 a day from your prepaid atm card even if you pull a few grand from offshore.

 

pre paid atm raised their limits yesterday,you can now withdraw $1000 per day
