I apologize in advance but no one should have to spend two plus hours on a nice Saturday afternoon emailing crap over again and on the phone with different reps, who are giving you different information, just to get a payout. This shit is aggravating and a pain in the ass. books are taking liberties on players to do what the hell they want because there's no accountability and threats like Pinnacle are no longer around. We need a players' union or some shit or Vegas to get on board. Hell I'll even pay -115 if I can get a payout with delays and headaches. Sorry for the rant but I'm sick of this shit and these are "so called" reputable, forum advertising books that is pulling this crap too. You players out there know who they are. I've only had one bad payout experience but I can see how it could be bad. These books rather they admit it or not have everyone over a barrell, what if you deposit 10K win, and they call you, laugh at you and tell you they are not going to pay? Your options are so limited as to what you really can do. You can thank your bullshit government for this. obviously, there are much more pressing issues like seeing who took steroids in MLB 10 years ago
Not the point. My point is: easy in and a pain in the ass to get out. When I got home from the mall with my sons and checked my email for a school assignment, little did I know this request was going to be there. Pain in the ass but cool I will resend everything again. Not good enough, you know the rest.

Been discussed before by other posters, Bookmaker. The part I don't understand is my last payout with them went somewhat smooth but now having to deal with this crap. There's no accountability for what they do and what they say. It's like being at their mercy.
