Hey everyone - first post but I surf these forums quite frequently. I requested a withdrawal for over $1,000 from Bookmaker back on Sept 16th using their ACH method, which allegedly takes 7-10 business days. When this allotted time passed, I called the customer service dept and the said that there was a problem with all of the Sept 16th withdrawals. Since then I have called at least 6 times, as the money still hasn't shown up in my account, and every time they just tell me to call back another day as they are working on the problem and each time they promise to have a definitive answer, but never do. This is my first ever withdrawal but I was wondering if this is a normal occurrence? The fact that they keep on telling me to call back because they don't have answers is disturbing.

Thanks for the help,

TW

I tried to use betpoints for a free payout ( small portion of winnings). I was told via live chat that it was not available. I asked why ( had plenty of betpoints). They said it was at Mgts descression.. I never had problems with them, but I think its time to move.

Tail, if you want to email or PM me your name, account # & specifics about your withdrawal request-I will get in touch with them & find out what the problem is.

(PS-I have to run out right now, but will be back in an hour or so)

Good news for you Tail

i had the exact same issue and the same calls and response. they debited my account on the 16th (the 7 to 10 days is from the debit date not the request date). it finally hit my bank today, so yours should be similar. btw- after nicely complaining half way thru the process, they gave me a 75 Bonus Play. you might ask for that for the inconvenience.

As far as the withdrawl with the 2500 bet points, that is only for a certain method. It used to be for a usps check, not i beleive its moneygram.

Has anyone every tried to process a sportsbook transfer from Matchbook to Bet Jam? I would think that might be quicker than a straight withdraw.
