Won a superbowl square via bookmaker and on the following Monday made a request for a "free" withdrawal via their debit card.
Without going through all the gory details and hassle of going through cs, im still without my debit card or my money. So after being polite and persistent for last 4 days, i finally got them to send me a western union withdrawal.
so now cs gives me this response The pick up information could be ready tomorrow, but the time frame we provide is from 7 to 15 business days...
They had the nerve to tell me this 3 times over the same conversation then proceed they are not reading from a script and copying and pasting this response.
I had this happen to me many years ago with a different book and reported it to SBR but they basically said i was probably a sore loser who just wanted to tarnish the rep of a sportsbook. when i finally received that payout 9 months later i went back to SBR to give an update and that was met with no response as well.
Is there something i dont know about thats going on over there at bookmaker?
