BookMaker withdraw - No more free MG. Now ACH

just talked to them and they changed this about two weeks ago.
I do not feel comfortable to give my bank to them.

how safe ACH is?

they offered 1 free moneygam of $1500 max per month. I just got one.

As for their fees, the complaints in these regards are a bit ridiculous, this past month alone I have cashed in 100 000 Betpoints 4 times for a total of 4 $150 Bonus Plays. So they charge me $50 for a $4900 paper check by fedex, big deal, its the cost of doing business.

As for them not having unique numbers? that is also untrue as I can give you several examples from this past month, you may not see them on MLB or NFL, but they are there.
