I got a check for $3000 last night(March 31)...I made the withdraw on Sunday March 22(wrote down the wrong date on the other post)...took ten days I cant complain Ive never had a problem with bookmaker and although this was the longest its taken for me to get a withdraw I'm assuming it was because I did it on a Sunday night. I have had multiple withdraws from bookmaker and never had a problem.....until now I took the check to the bank they called me back less then 1 hour later and told me the check was fraudulent ....so now what? ok now ive been through hours of bullshit Ive had to fax a copy of the voided check to 3 different numbers yes my bank wrote VOID on the top of the check twice I have pictures to verify this. Ok so I did all this yesterday and they said ok call back tomm. afternoon so its today and I called back and they said call a number on the back of the check. There is no phone number whatsoever on the check either front or back I can verify this by scanning it too. And she also says that the check is from Canada or some BS when I can clearly see on the front of the check "Banco Citibank de Costa Rica, S.A."....so then I call back a few minutes later after trying to find the phone number on the check and talk to someone else and they tell me I have to physically send the check back to them? Then they say well don't take the check to your bank try going to cash checking place and I was like uhh i just told you they voided the check and reported it to some fraud department. I think im getting run in circles here either that our they just have a really unorganized customer service/payout department. Just finished up my most recent convo with them and they said to call back on Monday because they are having processing problems(most common excuse) and that they are going to stop payment on the check and reissue one Monday...how am I supposed to believe that when they told me that yesterday and now I'm getting run in the same circles over and over except this time they say call back in 4 days on Monday..and didnt mention anything about sending the check back when they had just asked me too...? I honestely feel like they may finally be helping me out but at the sametime Ive been running in the same circle for the past 2 days with these people, with them trying to make every excuse or tell me to do this or that to have nothing happen at all. I even tried to offer what I thought would be the easiet solution and have the $3000 put back into my account which has $4500 they got excited for a quick second then said that I was going to just have to get the check reissued Im assuming this was because they realized I already had plenty of money to wager with in my account and potentially lose back to them. Is there anyone out here in the forum who has had this same problem or can help me get this process actually started because I still havent really talked to anyone through customer service who knew what they were doing.
