Bookmaker gripe of the week

Well I feel ripped off again by good old Bookmaker. Last year I had a bet on which team would be penalized first with both Bovada and Bookmaker. I forget the actual team but what happened is there was a penalty on the team I didn't select however the penalty was declined. Then there was a penalty on the team I selected. Bovada gave me a win while Bookmaker called it a loss. It's pretty standard knowledge that a declined penalty doesn't count, but not at Bookmaker.
This year I had two bets on the Gatorade bath color with Bookmaker and one color with Bovada. Since there was no Gatorade bath the prop result is a push. That's what I got from Bovada but Bookmaker choose to give me two losses. After taking it on the chin with the huge comeback by New England and the backdoor under loss I was looking forward to possibly getting a reprieve from the Gatorade with the high odds. I was disappointed when it didn't happen but it's a real kick in the balls to find out I got a loss.
This comes on the heals of finding out the only way to get a payout from Bookmaker is with a fee. (there is the bit coin option but do I really have to learn how that process works just to avoid a fee?)
To throw in one more gripe I can't tell you how many times I thought I put in a winning wager only to find it not appearing as a bet the next day. I assume this comes from that extra step of confirming the bet. I know that's something that would be my fault however there were times I swore I saw bet confirmed. That extra step gives them the opportunity to say it never appeared because it leaves room for doubt. Believe me when that happens it's the epitome of frustration, and why is it that never happens when the bet is a loser?

Needless to say I won't be returning to Bookmaker anytime soon.
Bottom line these guys aren't our friends.

Have never used them, but have only heard good things (that I can recall) from posters here. Sucks to hear things like this.

I've never had a problem...use the bet points for free payouts.

I did use the bet points for my payout however technically that isn't a free payout. You can convert the bet points to cash so your taking a cash bonus you received and using that to cover the payout fee. It makes you feel better but getting that cash and a truly free payout would feel even better.

I bet two prop bets with them that were not booked as the bet I made

After selecting my wager, it goes to the confirmation process, where it didn't define the bets. After I confirm the bets, I go back to open bets and something totally different was booked.

I went back to double check what I thought I had bet, and I read them both correctly.

1) I bet both teams will kick a FG > 33 yards, they gave me both teams will lead in the first half

2) I bet what I knew was a bad line, somebody will score 3 consecutive times at +425, they gave me "will either team kick a game winning" and the description stops there.

I went back to check if my bad line bet was still there, and that's when I saw they booked something different. I went and looked at the lines again, and the 3 consecutive score bet I made was still there.

Anyhow, I called them and they were ready to give me my money back, then guests started showing up and I had to hang up the phone (I never use the phone, but to cancel I had to). The bets were for small amounts anyhow, so I never bothered to try and call back.

Here's the actual wording of the bet they gave me, I still don't know what this bet really was, but I know it lost

Will Either Team Kick A Game-Winnin[971607] Yes +425 Score: Yes(0) - No(1)LOSE

What do you think of their casino?

Since I had a decent balance I thought I'd fool around and risk a couple hundred just for the fun of it. I went to roulette and decided to use a progression system betting on one of the 1/3rd groups or on one of the columns taking advantage of the 2 to 1 payout. I increase the same wager progressively in the following sequence: $10 $10 $15 $20 $30 $45 then I cut off. I actually did this the week before the bowl and lost every time then rather than stop I went in one more time for $70 and won. What a way to make $10. I played the right column and during this process each of the other columns as well as each group of 1/3 came up at least once. This recent (Wed) round I played the center column. Again every other group came up but not my column. It was almost as if they knew what I was on and placed the winner somewhere else. Then a light went on, would they cheat just to make some money? Rather naive on my part huh? I managed to recoup $100 of my $130 loss on Mia Heat last night but I wouldn't play these casino games again.

It's like a guy saying he'll think of a number and you guess if it's odd or even for $100 a pop. What if he sweetens the deal and says he'll pay you 2 to 1?
Are we that stupid? ...... oops apparently I am.
