So, I've been using Bookmaker.eu since September making bets weekly. I initially deposited $100 and gradually added more once I started getting into it and winning here and there. So fast forward to today, I am up over $1000.00 and decided I would withdraw and continue to play with several units I added in addition. So I get this song and dance about copies (front and back) of all credit cards used along with drivers license, id etc. Okay I can deal with that. Then I get the "not so fast" Lee Corso and the elusive rollover story that I will have to wager at least $1500-1600 more in order to cover the rollover and to withdraw any of my money. Say what? What kind of bullshit is this? They never said anything about rollovers when I made my deposits or what that meant. I just assumed the bonus was to encourage more bettors to play on their site. So now I'm sitting with money that I can't touch until I bet more than twice the amount in order to collect what I have already won outright? Can someone please explain this to me and have you had similar experiences with this site or any other sites that do this? Very annoyed and frustrated to say the least. Thanks in advance.

you must be new to this. Any bonus/freeplay taken almost always comes with a rollover and you can't withdraw the money until you complete the rollover. By accepting the freeplay, you agree to the rollover that comes with it.

Yes I only started a few months ago. Had I known about the so-called "bonus", I would've never taken it. They don't advertise these little details when you sign up. I have about $40 in Bonus Play now sitting in my account that I have not used. If I don't use it, will it not be considered as rollover? I don't want it, but I've heard conflicting stories about it saying it will disappear after about 30 days or no it won't. Thanks for taking the time to reply to me bases, I appreciate it.

ask them how much of the rollover you have completed and how much is left. with only a $40 FP you must have a small amount of rollover. the freeplay indeed disappears after a certain period of time if not used.

I did ask them what was left of the rollover and they said $476.64. Keep in mind this is not all of the Bonus Plays I have received. This is just the last one that I got when I made another deposit. They've already gotten over $1300 back so think I'm just going to find another site to start over and not accept bonuses. It's an uphill losing battle at this point with bookmaker.
