if im in the wrong forum please move this to the correct one.

These guys have been taking my money for years and Ive been happy to give it. I've had a ton of fun winning, but mostly losing, on this site. The one time there is an issue I try to use their chat. Horrible. I call them up and they say there is a charge back. No one ever called, emailed, texted, anything.

So, they tell me it was a charge back from 3 months ago. I think that was from a CC fraud I had and had to open up a new CC. So that's legit, no sweat, I've deposited since then and have more in my account than the charge back they claim (125 bucks big deal right?).

But they say to activate the account I have to pay the charge back amount plus 55 bucks just to access what I have in my account now....what?

This is the only time I've had a problem with a sportsbook. They want me to reverse the charges or send a money gram. lol. what a joke.

actually you should pay it back. The chargeback amount including the $55 fee because they ended up not getting your deposit and you were able to gamble with it. It's kinda like bouncing a check. Intentional or not, you need to pay it back. The credit card company charges books a lot of money when a player charges back. $55 is average.

I never said I'm not trying to pay it back. This is like a circus.

I've been trying. I tried Moneygram and they blocked it saying I'm not allowed to use moneygram that way. I get instructions to go into their cashier and try WesternUnion. Cool, no problem, except that once I log in I don't even have access to the cashier link. It's a joke. I've been using sites for about 20 years and never had this problem before.

I've spent hours trying to pay 155.00 just to get access to the site. I've even asked can I just pay whatever amount and close my account. But that isn't an option. I'm sorry, but this is just not right.

If you've dealt with them before or have any experience with my nightmare scenario, I'd be happy to hear any input/advice you have in regards to paying this thing off and moving on.

Why would they respond and delete the name of the person I said was trying to help me out? My email read "Mark told me to". And actually Mark has really tried to help me but I think even he is getting weary of this issue.

  1. Greetings from BookMaker.

We're writing to let you know that your recent Money Gram transaction was rejected.

The most likely reasons are because:

    • The information you submitted to Money Gram did not exactly match the receiver information we provided you.
    • The MTCN provided is invalid.
    • The Amount does not match.
    • The Sender does not match.
    • The transaction is on hold by Money Gram
    • Or the transaction was sent to a different destination.

Please check your receipt details and contact Money Gram to make any corrections.
Once corrected, you may resubmit your transaction with Bookmaker
via Live Chat or give us a call at 1-866-926-6562, or simply reply to this email with the sender's name, receiver's name, amount sent, fees involved (if more than $300 USD is sent), and destination city and country. *** Remember, deposits of less than $300 will only get a bonus if the transaction is completed online.
Please note: Transactions that are resubmitted with invalid information may be delayed up to 30 minutes. Transaction may be resubmitted a total of 3times in a 24 hour period.

    Kind regards,
    Customer Service

I meant to say, "Scott," at the start of this post since it sounds like you have experience with this site.

I'm documenting correspondence regarding this issue. I'm pretty sure at the end, if I can post it all, nobody is going to argue that this is one of the most ridiculous hoop-jumping trials anyone has gone thru over trying to actually pay the book what they are asking for. Every other business I've ever dealt with seems to make it fairly easy for me to pay them. But not these guys...

If nothing else, I appreciate the RX for letting me vent my frustrations, thus alleviating some of my anxiety over this. I've enjoyed this site tremendously for over a decade and I am really appreciative to have this avenue to let it all out, so to speak.

The same story with many other gambling affiliates. As for me they just steal money..For example, when you give enough traffic to them - it's okay and they will pay you in time and the required sum. But if there wil lbe any problems with traffic or the number of conversions become less, so you will have problems with payments.. It's an unsoken
