bookmaker and betdsi family..bad stuff D rating

very disappointed with this shop...cusotmer service basically told me Ive been there 6-7 years and now really dont want my aciton...cant wager on horses, no loyality program, no customer service help to explain what or why...Ive never even cashed out of this place!

D book..-110 lines only,

terrible customer service given to me by Mike and others..

VERY nice horse book software but if I cant use it online and not get the normal customer rebate there is nothing to like...

i can't imagine a book restricting you because you have
lost too much; i would infer then that there are a few details
about your account or wagering history that you have
left out of your post that has caused them to take such
harsh measures with you. which then implies that you are
usung this forum as a personal vendetta initiated by an
disgruntled gambler.

Can you please explain in more detail? I've had my issues with Bookmaker in the past but in the last year, no issues at all.

Did they give you a reason why they wouldn't take your horse racing action? They took the loyalty program and rebates away from me and reduced me to $300 on WPS and $50 on exotics but will still accept wagers at least at that level. Would appreciate any enlightenment from you if you don't mind.

bookmaker pays real slow, but they paid me after waiting a week. And I have been paid much more than I have wagered at bookmaker

I cant even use the internet to make a wager at that shop..and I Was not beating them, its next to impossible to win at horses, a small rebates helps , that was taken away...loyality taken away, no answers, no appreciation to being a long time customer and I have not cashed out anything...mostly it was the lack of a customer service or manager who could talk without thinking he was in some back alley..what a bunch of clowns they have...

I learned my lesson with betjamaica about 7 months ago when I hit a trifecta for $12 bet and it paid about $950 on the $1 ticket but I only got paid $300.

My fault I guess for not knowing the rules, but I also didnt expect the 20 to 1 shot to win the race, even though I had him and another 2 horses in first place.


I only WISH that I had used bookmaker back then

bodog, reduce my limits, from 1000 WPS to 10 WPS, and exotics limited to $1...

payment ok.. never on delays or around the table, sometimes they process it in 5 minutes, never took more than 12 hours....

but i cant live with that, WPS $10, and exotics $1...
