I have almost 2 years of dealing with Capilleira Group and
they haven't stolen a penny. In fact, they have worked
with my group in a manner that I can honestly say I wouldn't
get from any other shop in Costa Rica.
There are one or two shady people and thieves around but this
site(as there is at any site) but your claim is nothing but that-A false claim!

Places where shops cut corners are usually with providers, clerks, and line management..
A line manager takes a extended smoke break and a big move happens that he missed and you get buried..
Internet goes down and the back up provider is not responding..
Phones go down and backup provider not responding..
(actually gents ICE the local bandwith provider here recently came up with a fiberlink program for internet..Ask the book you may be with in CR if they have the link..if they do..along with a reputable backup, they are a A operation)
Now the time is hot for a agent to move if he is unhappy..Find a place where there is a dude who just flat knows what he is doing, has the passion, and can be trusted..

So if I go to main forum and post 250 times a day for the next week it will then make you believe me. I mostly lurk down in this forum and rarely post.
Like I said yesterday this claim is from a buddy of mine. I have no horse in this race. My buddy was down here in CR and spoke with the owner who then referred him to a shop that was hosted there. More than likely the owner was getting a kickback on losses but when the player won 23k the book decided not to pay. When my buddy then contacted the owner he said it wasn't his fault and that he couldn't do anything.

PPH..remember gentlemen this concept really new to the industry..(maybe 10 years)..with processing becoming a issue offshore the corner credit guy has become a important part of the wheel..Find a good credit BM..with a nice site and things run well..find a thief and then whats the sites responsibility on a agent laydown..its tricky but this is what we do..
Remember when a new agent calls and sets up accounts there is no questionaire he can fill out that will make the site comftorable..whatever you ask he can answer anything within reason to..the book can protect itself by manually explaining to each player the first time he calls the relationship they have with the agent..that they only create the fullfillment and each agent is responsible for the pays and collects..if each player is told the gospel up front there is no mis communication, and the player understands the environment hes playing in..
It may be laborious from a customer service prospective, but it alleviates the problems in the future if the agent stiffs the players..

In the PPH game you are as good as the agent/bm you are betting with.

But the biggest PPH provider IDSCA aka datawager writes so much business they also have bad seeds that unfortunetly sneak in.
I have come across 6 bad agents from data, but with as much business as they write its actually not a bad %

You are exactly right. The problem with the Capilleira group is that the owner is in on the thievery. It is one thing to have a big room full of clerks and open up PPH to various BM's accross the states. That scenario makes it hard to know exactly who you are dealing with if they pay you in a timely manner but do not pay all of their bettors.
Capilleira has a big NEON sign saying come on in and stiff all you want. The owner even helps set up bettors who in turn get stiffed and then he turns a blind eye.
