Book Question?

In short (impossible I know), what do sharps do that the squares don't. Squares bet on gut, sharps on statistics and analysis? Other things?

Well if u take the known "square books" Bodog and SIA when they put up numbers that are heavily 1 sided they usually make u pay heavy vig. They will make a big fav on a t.v game -130 or more. So when the public wins they win less but when they lose....They REALLY lose!! I think over time these books clean up on these type wagers..
