NEW ORLEANS -- Pelicans All-Star center DeMarcus Cousins will undergo surgery to repair a torn left Achilles tendon and will miss the remainder of the season, league sources told ESPN.
An MRI late Friday night confirmed an initial diagnosis of a full tear of the tendon, league sources said.
