im gonna throw the 30 day rule in my horse shit section

if i deposit if i win if i rollover then why can't i take my money out?

AVOID ALL 30 DAY MINUMUM JOINTS!!!!!!

the only reason i can think they have ur money tied up for 30 days minimum is because they are doing 30 day CD's

I would NEVER play in a 30 day place if you paid me. I'd rather roll over my money way more than required, than to keep it there for 30 days. If I am supposed to give 50k in action, and I have already given 100k in action, then why can't I withdraw any of it? It just don't make any sense at all. Would they rather me only give them 2 dimes a day, everyday for 30 days for a total of 60k in action, and just barely hit the rollover and then withdraw it. This 30 day rule is silly. Who was the genius that came up with this one? I'd love to give him a smack in the head. Plus, the main reason I would NEVER play at a 30 day place is that you risk the chance of winning big there and having too much tied up in one place and risking that place to go down too. But tying up a large portion of your funds in one place is the main reason.

Jay Leno,

You just hit the 5,000 mark. How come you didn't mention it, or even noticed. I am shocked. Congrats on 5k btw.

Is this is new term? I depsoited for the NBA reload bonus (10%) and read the terms and didn't see anything about 30-days. I'm up quite a bit and would be really upset if I wasn't able to withdraw. Are they trying to say no withdraws at all, not even winnings for 30 days. That would be a pretty bad policy.

Luckily I still had the email from them advertising the NBA reload. The terms were:

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR> Terms and Conditions

1. Maximum Bonus US$200. You must deposit US$100 or more using one of bet365's Preferred Payment Methods. You must play the deposit and bonus total through five times (rollover) on NBA before requesting a payout.
2. Customers are only eligible for a further reload bonus if they have fulfilled the wagering requirements in 1. above.
3. Deposits via debit card or credit card or by UK citizens are not eligible for this offer.
4. Only one offer per household, player, address, email address, bank account, and environments where computers are shared.
5. Offer applies to deposits between October 22nd and November 10th 2003, bonus must be claimed during this period.
6. All decisions made by bet365 regarding awarding of Bonus Bets/deposit bonuses are final.

So it looks like they added this rule recently. I cna understadn why they have the rule but it really is a bad policy. Of course the books want you to leave money there for a while. However, sometimes things come up in life and players need their money and should not have to wait 30 days.

I don't mind the 30 day rule if they allow you to withdraw winnings. That is another thing I left out. Withdrawing winnings is extremely important if you have to keep it there for 30 days. This way, you cannot really take a beating by getting stiffed for big amounts.

The perfect example is me. Just last month I sent this book only 2k. The agreement was that I can withdraw winnings. So anything over 2 dimes I was able to withdraw, so I figured the most I will lose with this scam book called Saturn Sports is 2k, right. Well, when i was at 4500, i asked for a withdrawal for 2k, and the guy refused it there. He lied and said we never agreed to that (bullshit) so I continued rollover of 6x and then when my balance became 8500, he stiffed me. From only losing 2k the most, to losing 8500.

A perfect example of why when you can't withdraw winnings or 30 days, I am out, and so should most of you too.

when i worked at credit shops we use to have customers that would tape there calls to us for there records and in the event of a dispute.

I know Jay, but this guy Matt at Saturn Sports was a scammer from the get go, and even he knew he agreed to the winnings part, but even if I had the tape, he still would have f ucked me. He NEVER had any intention of paying from the get go. He was outright stealing from the beginning. This guy had no money at all, so even if I prove to him he said he'd pay me winnings, I still would have never received a penny.

This Saturn Sports guy is a thief. Stay away from this place. Sick Gambler is not done with this guy. I am now going to make his life miserable. I have been preparing the last 3 weeks for him. He is completely avoiding me now. I will find this punk soon, and I will run into him, and when I do, he's going to wish he never met me.
