He'll just tell cops him and his brother were acting alone. They probably wouldn't get anything significant out of him. The FBI will probably find out more from his cell phone records and computer history than anything else. I'm sure there will be many people questioned after this, including the older brother's wife.

I'm an eye for an eye kinda guy, so he'll get his pain and suffering like those who suffered that day in Boston, you can guarantee that.
I'm more interested in hearing the story behind this. People don't do this shit for kicks, so there must be an underlying reason, which I would like to know.
If killing this guy, if he is indeed guilty, was the end all and be all end result everyone wants, throw a grenade, kill the guy and call it a day, and ohh yeah, save the $33 million its costing them. The $ would be better served by giving it to those who suffered from this tragedy that day.
