Has anyone heard of bodog holding out longer on payments for people who haven't made big deposits, and have won a lot.

I have made a total of $60 in deposits (was the week before payday and i just wanted to see how the site worked) and hit a 6 team parlay ($20 to win $870) and they told me over the phone that it would take 55 weeks to get my check and there web site says 40 weeks.

Also, do you guys know a better site that has faster payout? I think 40 weeks is quit ridiculous! Sportsbook.com told me 2-3 weeks? Anyone have that kind of success?

You had to have misread something somewhere..Im not even going to look and i can assure u their site doesnt say 40 weeks to get pd...

haha yah sorry. 40 days. not weeks. but its 20 business days so thats more like 8 weeks. And they told me 55 business days so thats like 3 months. Its stupid!!!

I want a bigger site to bet on. I know bodog and sportsbook are that biggest. thats why i started using bodog. Im guessing you guys dont like sportsbook?

Currently BODOG does have a timeframe of up to 40 business days for a check to be delivered by courier. However that has nothing to do with the amount of your deposit.

I am having the same issue with them, requested a payout the 3rd of august and still haven't recieved it. Called customer service and they told me it could be a "few"more weeks untill I could track it. I also e-mailed them and have yet to recieve a reply.

Its BS that they are so quick to take your $ but when you try and cash out it takes "40 business days". Its a shame because they have a great set up but theres no way someone should have to wait that long.

That is inaccurate. Fees are only for money transfer. Bodog will send you one FREE check payout per calendar month
Additional requests will incur a US$ 40 processing fee.

Just an update, I recieved an email two days after i sent an email and phone call. Got a fedex tracker and it is on its way should arrive today. It seems to take a while to payout but if you get on them you should be ok. Probably helps also to talk to a mod.

Thier site does say 40 business days and I am set to recieve mine on the 44th

I just spoke to a superviosr at BODOG regarding the 40 business day wait for withdrawals. Naturally no one is happy with this situation and BODOG management realises this.

I was informed by a CSD supervisor that the timeframe may be reduced substantially within the next 30 days or so. I cannot be exact as to how much shorter or when it will be implemented but at least it is an indicator that progress is being made to improve the situation.

I will keep this thread updated as soon as I have any new information.

i am annoyed with bodog, but the only other book i would use would be sportsbook.com, because i like having the sense of security that their not going to go under. it just sucks having a lot of money on one site, and not being able to transfer it quickly.

i hate the fact that their suck a conservative book. No lines till the morning of a game, higher odds than most places, and slow payouts. + the craps table always calls my name

do you guys think that sportsbook is worth it in the long run?
