I don't think Nash will go to the Rangers they don't have the cap space, and I'd wager that Schenn will be dealt this year.

Burke says his top priorty is size up front so I imagine you are correct. Columbus needs a goaltender though and I'm not sure the 2 he has are good enough to trade for a name as big as Nash. Personally, I hope they dont do it as I feel Nash is not a very good "team" player. Hence the reason the BJ's are such a poor team, in a roundabout way. Too selfish for my liking.

Unless I misread the prop, you get 5 to 1 on "any other team", which includes CBJ.

That's exactly why I was asking. Nash is far from the problem on that team imho.

The Rangers actually makes sense due to them having 2.46 mil cap space. But who do you give up to compensate the Jackets, and the fans, to Nash's loss. Ryan Callahan is the only comparable wing but really brings more to the table, all in all, than Nash for almost half the cost. Jackets can't just unload Nash for top draft picks as how do you sell that to your fan base who just picketed outside the arena as it is before any trade talk. Plus any team getting him has to unload huge salary.

L.A. has no cap room but needs offense in a big way. How about Simon Gagne, Matt Greene, Jonathan Bernier, and second round pick for Nash, Grant Clitsome, and Curtis Sanford.

Whatever happened to the Carter to L.A., and reuniting with Richards, rumors? That makes the most sense.

If Cbus is in fact included as "any other team" I'd be unloading on it.

If unloading is 50$max prop bet then go for it. These limits are kind of ridiculous :p . I maxed that shit out! lol

I say it takes a lot more than that to pry him away. Their not going to give him away. And their not under the gun to unload him now anyways. They have the option to wait until the summer and I believe the offers get better then. He's a marque player and his salary and Gold medal back that up. The LA package you mention would take a Gagne in his prime, not a 3 time + concussed damaged goods to make that happen.

Like someone else mentioned in another thread, I think Vancouver is a better trading partner. How about Luongo, Burrows and Hamhuis for Nash and Mason + some picks and fill ins on both sides to make everyone happy. Vancouver could never unload that bad Luongo contract without a Nash kinda contract coming back. Vancouver loses the trade but wins the Cup. I'd take that one.
