BoDog-Just joined today-Excellent customer service

Finally added BoDog as an out. Was very impressed with their customer service. One thing that is very rare offshore, is excellent customer service over the telephone. Shrink and some of the other offshore veterans here, have even written articles/posts about this over the years. A couple months back, I gave props to the fellas at SportBet for having excellent customer service over the phone. Today I discovered that there is now another book with excellent customer service over the phone to add to what is a very short list. BoDog is equally as great in that department. The two fellas I've dealt with Jesse and Todd, are two of the best service reps I have ever had (along with the crew at SportBet and the crew at BET365 who I gave props to last Summer). For a player like myself who really isn't into the doing the e-mail dance. It's nice to add an out like BoDog who takes pride in their customer service. Excellent service over the phone is rare offshore. Jesse and Todd at BoDog are two of the best. Thanks once again.

General, thank you Sir. I think it's real important to give props and praise when a Book has earned it.

Fishhead, excellent list there. I plan on adding Bowmans as another out at some point.
Skybook I haven't played at either. I have their sister book International Island as an out. BET365 is alot of fun to play at. I'm not surprised at all to see they made both our lists for great phone customer service. BoDog making both our lists doesn't surprise me at all either.

mvbski, I was very impressed my first weekend there. They throw out some real good Dog lines and money lines, like you mentioned. I noticed this over the weekend in both Baseball and also Basketball. I should have added these guys as an out during the NFL season. But I guess better late than never.

Not sure how long it will take, but from what Ive read here before, Bodog will monitor your play. Soon you wont be getting the juicy dog lines. Keep us informed Kevy.
