Let me guess, the scamdicappers are trying to figure out how to get sheets on their victims while the books are trying to figure out how to scam the scamdicappers.... sounds like a real hoot.

It's a total waste of time with a total lineup of crap "speakers" who know nothing about nothing in this business.

Pure Ego Conference is all this amounts to.

The book that offers $250. limits on sides hosting a handicapping conference? How many real cappers, not scamdicappers!, have accounts there? Vegas scammers, getting hosted by Bodog, so they in turn will lead sheep back to Bodog. Using the scammers losing plays. That place would be the ultimate candy store if you could buy more than half a tootsie roll at once...Best Wishes...OF

This is actually going to be a nice event. I am sad that I am unable to make it. It's also too bad I see all this negativity about it being posted here.

If you look at it with an open mind it is really a great networking event for this industry.

I went last year when it was a Who2BetOn affair and I have to say the contacts and relationships I walked away with made the trip well worth my time.

If you got the ignorance blinders on and don't see the benefit because you don't like BoDog or you think all handicappers are crooks you are really missing out.

Even Wayne Root and Jim Feist have something to offer those willing to listen. Could be the right way to do something, could be the wrong thing but the point is that this is the only thing like this out there where people like us can all meet.

Say what you will but in this business more then any other meeting people face to face gives you a huge leg up on everyone else that just sits in their mom's back bedroom posting nonsense and complaints

To quote Chubbs in Happy Gilmore "Spoken like a true asshole"

Anyone with 20+ years in this type of business regardless of rep has something to offer. You don't see that you are a moron.

Note, I said it could be good, it could be bad but if you don't see the benefit in speaking in person to someone like the people attending this event you are fooling yourself. Like I said, you can't get past those two names you are only hurting yourself.

I am no bigger fan of those two then anyone else but I know people with experiences have things to offer.

When you get your own TV show or publicly traded sports information company Tommy u let me know, I would love to speak to u as well.

I hope your next 39 posts are better then this one.

MC...

Not to start anything, but are you kidding me with your post?

Quote: Anyone with 20+ years in this type of business regardless of rep has something to offer. You don't see that you are a moron.

It doesn't take much inteligence from any man or woman to survive 20+ years in any business that the general public is not smart enough to investigate what they are getting themselves into. How many years and posts have you seen on forums like this that willingly alert people about the same scams... the allure of winning money keeps them right where they are. In LOSERVILLE.

Jesus F'n Christ on this statement. You seriously thnk WR's stock is worth the paper its written on? You think that cause they have their own shows and put themselves out in the public shamelessly liek they do, makes them legit?

If you want to talk about MORONS...don't look any further than your own mirror...You have have all day sucker written on your face.

Last year's conference was a bust and this year will be no better. Bo Dog is trash, their l ines are weak, their limits a joke and only thing marketing knows how to say is "Affliate Program".

I agree with Tommy...MUCH better books to deal with.

MICHAEL YOU MUST EITHER WORK FOR BODOG OR THINK THIS IS THE "PRACTICAL JOKES" FORUM.

YOU ARE PATHETIC. A TRUE SUCKER IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD.

HOW IS THAT GWIN STOCK DOING TODAY? PROBABLY BECAUSE THE CROOK ROOT FLEECED THE ENTIRE COMPANY.

ANY MORALLY BANKRUPT BLOWHARD CAN PAY FOR A TIME SLOT ON THE USA NETWORK TO SELL HIS LOCK OF THE MILLENNIUM.

ILL BET YOU ARE JIM FEISTS FIRST CALLER EVERY SATURDAY MORNING DURING FOOTBALL SEASON.

SMARTEN UP PLEASE BEFORE YOU MAKE ANOTHER MINDLESS POST.

I'm not going to go round and round with you clowns so let me just sum it up so you simpletons can understand what I am saying. As usual with these boards you idiots pick out 1 sentence in 10 paragraphs of what I wrote.

The point I was trying to make is that from a business standpoint in an industry where I make part of my living this event is beneficial. There are people there to speak with that have ideas and stories to tell that can help you either expand your business or know who to stay away from. How any of you can debate that fact is beyond me.

I am not arguing that Wayne and Jim are swell guys, I am simply saying that "people" there have things to offer that I can't get at my local library. Regardless of whether you like those two particular cats or not there is no denying they are successful in this business. Both are millionaires at least a couple times over, that isn't in dispute either.

Maybe as players it isn't worth your time. But as a site owner, author and player advocate in this business there are some things there I defintely got out of last year I wouldn't of if I didn't go and I am sure there are things there this year I will be sad to miss out on.

It isn't about BoDog or Jim Feist or Wayne Root, it's about many people besides them coming together in a central location to meet people you ordinarily wouldn't be able to meet and discuss things that may never come up except at an event like this.

For you it may be about scamdicappers, for me it offers a chance to gain some knowledge I could hopefully apply to my own business.

That's about as clear as I can be.

I agree with the guys on here about the "knowledgeable" speakers on the capping industry and Neteller. I mean it will probably mostly be for entertainment value and legal information.

But If Joe Montana is going to be there, it will be well worth it to meet the greatest NFL quarterback of all time.

Can the Shrink or anyone else here hook some of the RX'ers up with complimentary passes? I'm willing to use them as I'm in the LA area.
