Let me first say that I am not a gambler and I found this site from a link on Bluegrass Sports website. I just received my credit card statement through my company credit card. The card is used for an expense account when traveling. It was brought to my attention that there were 10 charges ranging from 50-100$ totalling $835 from something called BOS CO Internet. I got their # from the bank and it turned out to be a company called Firepay. They in turn told me it was from a company called Bluegrass Sports. I called this Bluegrass Sports and spoke with a guy named Diego. Let me say that Diego was very nice and apologized for the problems. He said they were charges from Bluegrass or their sister company Millenium Sports. He said to call my bank and do a chargeback. I thanked him and called my bank. They said it takes 45 days if they do the chargeback but only 7-10 if the merchant does it. I then called Diego and he told me it takes them 15-22 days to do a reverse or payout on charges. I asked him what the phone #, e-mail, etc used on the account were. He gave me the info as well as an IP address used. Well the phone # was an automated voicemail, the e-mail address did not work and the IP address was from 2 states away from me. I asked him if they request any picture ID or a signature and he said no. I then got their website from them and thanked him again for his time. I then visited their website and as clear as day it stated to use a credit card you must sign a form and fax them an acceptable form of ID. I then called him back and he stated that since they have 10,000 customers, they cannot follow all deposits so they only request ID when someone requests a bonus. I explained I need to pay my expense report by 8/31 and cannot wait the 45 days. I asked for an exception to do the chargebacks on his end. He said he'd call "Ted", the owner who was out of the country, and see what they can do. I called him later per his request and he started what I later found out was a bunch of lies. He first said that there are 2 processors: 1 for Visa and 1 for Mastercard. He said they can do chargebacks on MC and not on Visa as Visa doesn't allow it. I questioned this and he repeated it. He then said since they have so many chargebacks that occur, their processor Firepay, would not allow them to do a chargeback. I found this odd but Firepay was closed so I couldn't verify it last night. I then called Firepay this morning and spoke with a guy named Keith. Keith then laughed and said of course they can do a chargeback and it was easy as they had to reverse the charges. He said that you can reverse them on Visa and not MC, the exact opposite of what Diego had said. I then called Diego again today to explain what Firepay had said. He then stated he never said the things he had said the night before. I questioned how I would know to ask Firepay these questions and he changed the subject. He said they cannot refund the monies until my bank did an investigation. I offered to fax him a police report that I filed and a copy of the affadavit I filled out through my bank. He refused. He said he'd call the owner again and see what he could do. I called him several hours later and was told the owner said no. I then said I'm sure your 10,000 customers would love to know that you don't verify identities as your website states and that they probably shouldn't feel safe giving you their credit card info. I said I would post this story on The Prescription and he said he was a poster here and would deny everything. My help comes from the fact that he refused to tell me who governs them. He said they were in Costa Rica but they've never talked to the government regulators. Are they licensed? They might be a good place to bet but I wouldn't feel too safe knowing my info wasn't verified. And why would their sister company, Millenium Sports, also have my info. I don't see Millenium Sports listed on this website. If anyone has any ideas of how I can get things expedited to help save my job, please let me know. In the meantime, be careful with Bluegrass and Millenium as they don't care about people or about the security of your information. Good luck to everyone here.
