I don't see any other reason for BHB getting downgraded (again) other than us having our site down. Yes, it was down for longer than others...but our call center handled the increase of calls quite well, payouts of all amounts were going out fast and there were no reports of slow/no pays. So, I believe that this downgrading had nothing to do with any financial info SBR recieved, and based this only on our site being down. JMO.
