Our site has been down like twice this year. As you may have heard all of Costa Rica has had a problem. Hell you probably dont even have an account with us!!!

Thanks Siggy, I have had a bad day and I guess I just took it out on Jack. But seriously all we ever get is the negative. When the rumor started a few months ago.. two Costa Rican books in trouble.. caused us alot of problems... turned out to be nothing.

How about the positives like our great customer service or our bonuses. How about the fact that we lost and PAID a half a million on the FL MARLINS at 400-1. Who is bragging about our good lines or our prompt payouts. Nobody. And im paying for this website abuse?????

bluegrass....ijust dont think this is good CS saying what you said above. you should act in a professional manner no matter what is said, you are a business.

other the other hand, i LOVE your book, lost some and won a little, and paid very fast. diego is great. always got great service and a nice 10% reup on ALL depsoits.

In this world of forum whiners, angle shooters, hackers, DOS attackers, and bonus whores, the customer AIN'T always right.

I probably would have said something similar to what Bluegrass said, if it was a problem beyond my control.

Thanks Halifax, we werent "trying to give it to him" just trying to let people know whats up and that we would appreciate some positives instead of people always digging up negatives, most of the time that they know nothing about.

Bluegrass, I just noticed that at The Sportsbook Review your sportsbook has a grade of C. This indicates "Good, minimal risk to players funds. Above average".

This rating is fine. However, it would be more preferable, at least for me, to see a higher grade.

Why do you think Bluegrass does not enjoy a higher grade at The Sportsbook Review?

All I know is this, between DOS attacks, fiber
optic problems and too many people trying to
access books on Sunday Morning at the same
time I have never seen more books have problems
than this season.

If you try to be on Football games on Friday afternoon between 3-4:30 PST you run into a slowdown due to customers trying to make
NBA bets.

What the hell is a Jrun server. Is that the name of a new offshore book. I see that screen
come up more than the websites.

Sorry if I'm pissed off. I didn't realize that
all books had a problem on Saturday.
