Texas is far from being out of the title hunt.
I think it's very possible all of the above can happen.They need A LOT of things to happen for them to get in. 1) They need Tech to lose at least one game. 2) If it's a three way tie, they need to be the highest rated team in the South. 3) They have to hope Penn St loses a game because if they don't and UF wins out it probably won't matter who wins the Big 12 because it will be PSU vs UF for the title.
Not completely out of the picture, but it is going to be extremely difficult.
