lab, ive trained for 18yrs,, mixed everything with everything at one time or another,, reason for me to train chest and tri's together is,, just what you said, i like my triceps to be already half way trained,, then i only do about 10-12 sets for them to finish up.. most times ill work back and bi's together for the same reason.. im a wuss right now, no leg work.. only doing treadmill,, up to 235 lbs,, trying to get back to 205..
