He deserves to go, but unfortunately he's staying. One of the most amateur Rookie Head Coaching Jobs I've ever seen. I've never seen a HC that invited public conflict with his QB.

As much as we give chop a hard time about the saints, Payton has to be safe. I think the seat for Philbin in Miami should be much hotter.. Mike Smith a no doubt goner. Trestman gone, unless they trade cutler, maybe both gone.

Why would these guys even care if they get fired? They still get millions and most could at least be a coordinator and get that job today if they wanted or a big time media job. This stuff never ceases to amaze me.

Imagine interviewing for a job, they hire you and send you an offer letter for 60K. You say no and you want a guarantee 5 year contract. You would get laughed at. No in the real world, you have non compete clauses.
