Billy Walters is a Degenerate Gambler and the Ultimate Handicapper and nobody influences the market like he does. BW DOES NOT MIDDLE OR SCALP, HE GAMBLES! Those that choose to follow will get stuck on the wrong sides, it may look like middling to you but he is just putting the average onto the wrong side.
