It's a battle of billionaires vs another billionaire. Who is going to win this mega money bout? You can get in on the action and I suggest you do. Read on.

George Soros, John Paulson, Leon Cooperman three of most successful hedge funds managers ever joined by Billionaire Private Equity Managers Leon Black, David Bonderman, Marc Rowan and Joshua Harris.

Let's not forget the billionaire brothers Lorenzo and Frank Fertitta and Kirk Kerkorian.

All of these billionaires are betting large and in charge on online gamblings comeback. ALL of them.

So who stands in there way. Just one billionaire....... Sheldon Adelson.

Sheldon has gone on record to say he will spend whatever it takes to stop online gambling in the USA. He has a ton of $ to spend. He has formed the advocacy group The Coallition to Stop Internet Gambling. Do a google search and see what they are up to now.

So you want in on the action for or against online gaming. Here's your chance.

CACQ which is Caesars Acquisition Company. Stock price close of 1/3/2014 $11.80. Such a small institutional presence at .21% Short interest of 1.3% of the float.

Adelson is going to get run over and I am betting on the comeback. So should you. Recommending a STRONG BUY on CACQ and the return of online gaming.

I just don't see why anyone would think that stopping internet gambling would protect anybody. You can lose your money in hundreds of different ways in land based casinos or trading accounts. I don't get it.

great link

obviously more acccessible gambling options are the way we are trending and I think adelson will likely lose (or die first) but who knows what the timetable will be.

Might be 2 years, might be 20....When I made my first online bet like 13 years ago or whatever, I didn't think it would be harder to do so in 2014 than it was in 2000 or 2001.

What I do not understand from a business perspective is why Vegas isn't fighting to allow online wagering at their shops within the US.
If Harrah's, Caesars, MGM, etc all had Web sites it would increase their revenue exponentionally (and put a big hurting on current online books). Instead, they're married to the 1966 business model of "come see Fabulous Las Vegas!"

I realize that the sports handle is only a small part of their revenue, but why not attempt to triple it?

The ball has to get rolling downhill first, you need momentum to make such a drastic change like that happen.

Poker needs to be first because it is the easiest to make the case that it is a game of skill and should be legal. Once that gets rolling then you will see the sports betting, blackjack, etc possibly (this is such a much tougher case to make)

Look how hard it is for them to get poker....I'd think in 10-20 years all this shit will be legal on some level but who knows. Betting on legislation not the easiest thing...

Yep definitely going to happen eventually, but hard to say when.

Ive mentioned this in rhe past, and I know obama isn't a favorite of many, but ive felt like he's the chance to get it done because I think he's "hip" enough, up with the times enough, and open-minded enough to see the advantages of legalizing online gambling.

The problem is that i think someone has to approach him with the idea first and dont believe that's happened yet...

I hope you took my advice. The stock is now at $13.60 up $1.80 a quick 15%+ gain in less than 4 trading days. If you look at my prior stock recommendations and have followed my advice, I've made you a great sum of $$$$

Pardon the pun, but I hope you made some dough.

I'm probably going to buy some but it is definitely a wait and see. Say legislation does lag, do you think it can maintain a 1B+ market cap based on its other ventures like WSOP...

If you haven't bought in, I would wait. I sold out of my position at $13.60 A 15% move in 4 days is huge and I always remind people that hogs get slaughtered. If it goes higher, I'll tip my cap and be happy with the tidy profit I made.

Wait for a good pull back on this one now. Legislation will likely lag but this stock has 100% ownership of Planet Hollywood and a stake in the Horseshoe casino not finished in Baltimore. The WSOP is going to continue to do well and now that states have legalized online poker like New Jersey, I would think they would be holding tournaments to send people to events at the WSOP. Current market cap is nearly 1.9B so unless something major goes wrong, they should be fine.

I honestly believe if some of his people in office would plant the idea in his head and explain how lucrative it would be for the government to pass online gambling, that he would listen and likely agree.

This has nothing to do with liking Obama or not.

This has to do with him not being an old-fart who is (again I'll use the word) hip enough to understand new ideas today...

Yeah when I read it the first time I knew what you meant, again I gave you the kudos for a good joke.

No president gives a fuck about online poker, lol. If it gets done it'll be from pressure at the state level/lobbying interests

Ah ok... I kinda thought that's what you meant and what I really mean is that if there was ever a president that would listen and have an open enough mind to see the advantages it could bring to the govt. financially, that it would be him.

You're right it will have to come from the sources/parties you mentioned...
