Bill Gates vs Steve Jobs

Who has made your life easier? Honest answers please....

For me it's Bill Gates by a wide margin,
I can't imagine my life without Windows and all of Microsoft office applications.
Excel & Access literately does half of my works everyday. It's simply amazing.

I don't know what would and wouldn't have been made without them but yes, windows/office is so much more dominant in my life than an ipad

Bill Gates by far, I am from Seattle and Microsoft's wages and appetite for real estate has been a tremendous boon, adding exponentially to Boeing's and other companies in the region. I did however switch to an I Phone 4S this year.

Steve Jobs had just as much to do with windows as Gates.

Jobs commercialized windows first but since Jobs required everyone to run his version of windows on an APPLE computer Gates came in and made a similar version of windows that could run on any PC.
This gave Microsoft the market share and they eventually gained control of 90% of the operating system market.
