Its a VERY very Good Location. Very Good. Masively +EV, very well thought out this decision of location. Looping "way out ass" Freeway that connects to The Northern part of PHX METRO + I-10 direct to PHX not to mention what 1-8 to Yuma, San Diego will become.

LOADS of entirely open land nearby. $$$$$$$$$

This is Impressive.

I suppose that could go....either way "value" or really the exact opposite.
